Our Manufacturing Unit is spread across an area of 1,50,000 sq. Ft., and equipped with the latest CNC Machinery & Equipment.
Our state-of-art in-house system & Infrastructure permits us to cater to any type of customer’s requirement of Fabrication and Hot-Dip Galvanising of Transmission Line Structure, Substation & Switchyard Structures, and Windmill Structures. We are well equipped with CNC Angle Lines Machines which enable punching, drilling, stamping, cutting of steel in any shape & size. Along with this, we also have various CNC Shearing & Bending Machines, Power Press Machines, Drilling Machines, and MIG Welding Machines.
O&M of OFC Network
Fiber Optics Technology has become the primary network infrastructure and a communication medium, which provides higher bandwidth capacity high speed for current and emerging technologies.
Although mobile network operators have invested significantly and strategically in fiber optic infrastructure, there has been an increase in the number of network outages caused by frequent failures in fiber optics networks such as fiber cable cuts.
The challenges of frequent fiber cuts can be attributed to external factors such as dig-ups during road construction. The lack of regulatory guidelines and policies on fiber deployment and management poses a major threat to fiber management in India.
We have successfully completed the project of laying Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) – 1700 km in Gujarat. We are well known and one of the trusted names for all major Multinational Telecommunication companies. Hence we have been selected by Vodafone-Idea as a business partner to manage & look after their optical fiber cable network.
Our journey started 12 years back when we first received OFC O&M of 120 Km which we executed successfully. We were also awarded & honored for our best performance.
Our growth graph is going up and reaching to its new height every year. At present we are awarded OFC O&M of NLD (National Long Distance) Line of 2000+ km from Vodafone – Idea, Gujarat., which connects 3 states Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. We have 50+ efficient man force teams for patrolling & looking after fault rectification solutions competently and on time.
Vodafone Idea ranked us # 4 out of 5., recently in reference to our satisfactory performance of O&M of OFC.
